Top notch experience at Tallapoosa Ford for me, this is my 4th new car that I have bought from them and by far the best experience I've had at a dealership. No return contact
Sales person sent me a text that they got my iquiry and will get right back with me. Never heard anything else. Even over a week later. Went somewhere else and paid cash for the same eqivalent vehicle. I have or don't have the vehicle, or you can or cannot match my inquiry. You can at least expect the courtesy of a call back.

This dealer will lure you an hour outside of Birmingham...
This dealer will lure you an hour outside of Birmingham with promises of significant savings. Once you get there, it's the typical bait and switch. However, they play dumb, acting like you asked for a less expensive vehivle. This has happened to 3 people I know now (including myself). The fact is, if you live in Alexander city, the drive to Sylacauga or Birmingham is well worth the trip for a new or used Ford.
