IF I could give this dealership ZERO stars I would. The only good thing about this dealership is Vikki, our sales rep. She was amazing. but everyone and everything else was a hassel, and the WORST customer service, and the WORST, most unprofessional people work in the office. They don't want to work, they want you to do all the work for them, and they are so rude and not worth any time. They get paid by the dealership; not me. I had the worst experience which made me trade the car I bought 3 months after I purchased it. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone, EVER. Even the manager of the dealership is worthless. Sent him an email of how unprofessional and rude his employees are and he didn't even respond. TERRIBLE. Lack of good management is why the people in the office act and speak to people the way they do. It is very sad that this dealership is huge, and very nice, but it's empty, there are empty offices everywhere, and with the lack of professionalism I can see why they don't have very many employees. When the ONE finance person gets so frustrated while he is working on your paperwork and just gets up and walks out and talks super ugly to everyone around him it is not a good look. When the manager of the dealership makes sorry excuses for his employees it is not a good look. When the people in the office are rude and unprofessional and down right rude, its not a good look. If you have a choice, DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

Service department is poor I called several different dealership hoping to get it in sooner. Told had to leave it they would get to it when they could get to it. Said I could not be without my vehicle for weeks (check engine light). Stated like I said we get to when we can get to it and then how ever long that takes. When someone doesn`t care about fixing my vehicle why would they care about how well of a job they do? Someone need to hire people that want to work!

Not friendly and not inviting, definitely lacks anything but the bare minimum. No one was rude, but also no one was Remotely Happy for me to be there.

Very knowledgeable, great service, always honest and upfront. They also get you in and get you out fast not like your typical dealerships.

It was a great experience! Very helpful and knowledgeable, walked us through each step to purchasing our Jeep.

I went in for an oil change and told him I had a maintenance contract that I bought with my pick up and they refused to even look at. It told me I didn’t buy at their dealership so they weren’t gonna honor it. What kind of crap is that from a Dodge dealership

I don’t love that they try to sell used cars as new but super happy with my vehicle.
