This is 3rd vehicle we bought from Karl Klement. They have always treated us professionally. Karl Klement in Decatur gets a 5 star. I dealt many with dealership over the years. No better experience than Karl Klement.

I had a very good experience with Karl Klement Ford. I bought a truck online. When arriving to the dealership the truck was exactly like it showed to be online. They had all the paperwork done, just had to sign a couple of places and deal was complete. I was back on the road within 30 minutes. I’ll do business with them next time I’m buying a new truck.

I came to Karl Klement after an attempt to being bamboozled at a big ford dealership off W Loop 820 in Fort Worth (all sorts of concerns/issues from there) I had the pleasure of working with Dan who made the buying process a breeze.
