This is my second purchase from Mazda dealership in Pelham, Alabama. The customer service here is the highest quality I've seen. Mark Cooley in sales and Adam Eave's in finance make the best team. The whole process was effortless. They made it quick and easy and was out and on the road in no time. Definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing a new vehicle. Mazda is the way to go.

Everything seems to have been done well.
Everything seems to have been done well. The worst I could say is that the wait was a bit longer than expected, three hours versus the anticipated two. Comfortable waiting area, and I drank a lot of their coffee.

Purchased CX50 Turbo Premium for the wife.
Purchased CX50 Turbo Premium for the wife. Did most everything online before traveling to dealership. Matt Clarkson did a great job of communicating with me and made the purchasing process go very smoothly. The salesperson that assisted us was Will Lastrapes. Will was very courteous, informative, and took the time to go over the various technological components inside the SUV. The finance manager Todd Mayers was also very professional, courteous, and made the purchase transaction a pleasant one.

The service department is well run, and I hope all is well with my car for a long time. My only complaint is that there was cigarette odor in the car when I picked it up. It may have been in a worker’s clothing, but for a non smoker it was very noticeable and unpleasant.
