No one should have to wait 3&1/2 hours for an oil change
No one should have to wait 3&1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotate, especially at a scheduled appointment. People should not be coming in for service after you and leave before you.

Why wasn’t I told before I left that the windshield
Why wasn’t I told before I left that the windshield wipers needed replacing “for safety’s sake?” I would gladly have had this done on the spot rather than waiting until January.

Love the auto but you need to watch the service
Love the auto but you need to watch the service department. At one time they were the best of the best. Today, watch out do your due diligence on all aspects. Their behavior seems great until they charge you twice for the same product by using two names and charges for labor is twice the normal rate. Love the auto, but the new people in the service department will misbehave.

I traveled 4 1/2 hours to pick up my new truck.
I traveled 4 1/2 hours to pick up my new truck. The staff was very professional and welcoming. The only down side is that the truck was not detailed and ready to go. When I got back home, I had to have it professionally detailed.

Bought a used jeep with 40k miles and it has front end
Bought a used jeep with 40k miles and it has front end issues that they cannot seem to fix. Has a death wobble at 45 mph and is not safe to drive.
