Mr. Cooley was professional, showed interest in getting

Mr. Cooley was professional, showed interest in getting the car I wanted and very helpful. Adam Eave was also professional and looked out for my best interest. Mr. Clarkson went out of his way to find me the vehicle in the color I wanted and had it delivered the next day and gave me the top value for my trade in. This was one of the best car buying experience. Highly recommend Mazdas and this dealership.

The car looked great.

The car looked great. I was upset because there was no communication that I would have to pay two deductibles on my repairs totaling $1000.00. They should communicate prior to arrival how much you will owe. I was caught off guard. Communication is key to success and there wasn’t any communication.

Helpful during sale and no pressure.

Helpful during sale and no pressure. Make sure you get everything at closing. Trying to get cargo cover. Sales and manager apparently can only give a number to parts department and can’t find a price. I guess I can go online.
