Called and inquired about the reduced price advertised on a vehicle I had previously looked at. The price was the same as it was three weeks ago when I looked at it, and on Facebook marketplace it had actually been marked up almost $10,000 higher than it was when I looked at it. I pointed this out to the salesman on the phone, Dwayne , He just hung up on me. He got caught. They raise the price and then mark it back down toward it was Originally. What he didn’t know is I had the money to buy the car and we might’ve worked a deal. Don’t think I would ever do business with them.

Everyone was super easy to work with. It made buying a car online so easy. They even delivered it to my house in Huntsville. I will definitely refer all my friends to this dealership.

I had taken my car in for damage repair and remembered I needed an oil change and tires rotated, so I sent and email to Rubin and ask him to see if it could get done before I picked up my car. Rather then to pass it on to someone else, Rubin personally took my car up to the service department to make sure the work was done. Rubin has always gone beyond my expectations to help every time. Barry Sundman, runs a smooth service operation. He is so kind and professional, and always has the car in tip top shape when I pick it up.

I have purchased 7 or 8 vehicles from this dealer and referred several others over the years and have never, not once, been dissatisfied. I deal with Rubin and Barry the most and they are really great.
