When one of their service guys accidentally backed into

When one of their service guys accidentally backed into my car, they comped my oil change, and repaired my vehicle for free. They were very polite and apologetic about it, and everyone in the service center was fantastic through the whole process.

Fred Farmer was the only person that spoke to me during

Fred Farmer was the only person that spoke to me during the entire our car was there for service. Poor communication skills from the service department. My husband had to call and ask certain services be performed that were NOT on the recommended services.
