I had a great experience purchasing my new MX5 RF.

I had a great experience purchasing my new MX5 RF. Will worked with my schedule for test drives and I felt no pressure to purchase. Financing was easy and quick. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this location. Will be coming back in the future.

Easy to schedule appointment.

Easy to schedule appointment. Service team not friendly. Felt like I was bothering them. Not crowded at all but seemed uninterested in helping. When picked up my truck still not friendly. Only person nice was person taking payment. No explanation done to let me know what had been done. Not sure if wiper blades are correct size.

Overall awesome.

Overall awesome. Joey is amazing. Not super excited the crack in the windshield of my car needs to “get worse” before they’ll replace it.

From the first message all the way through the purchase.

From the first message all the way through the purchase. They were absolutely perfect the pictures and the information online were completely accurate. We gave them a deposit to hold the vehicle and then we drove the 7 hours to test drive. We arrived at the dealership to the perfect vehicle for us. Within 2 hours we was on our way home with the new vehicle. I can't say thank you enough to the Team at Med center Mazda.

Refuse to address car real issue.

Refuse to address car real issue. This is very unfortunate. Car issue is not the tires. Clearly a lemon and will take legal actions.
