The service department tried to charge me for something
The service department tried to charge me for something under warranty and oil changes that I had prepaid. This was after I had discussions with someone in the service department about the warranty issue, and he even acknowledged the fact that I had the oil changes.

Service was prompt, and polite, and thorough.
Service was prompt, and polite, and thorough. The wait was very reasonable, the lobby was nice. Would be nice to have some plugs at the tables. Three folks were working including myself. all of them were looking for plugs.

I was well pleased with the attention that I received from Taylor at Med Center Mazda. Even though it was close to closing time on a Saturday night he was very helpful and answered the many questions I had. In the end I was able to purchase a great vehicle at a great price.
