Anthony was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He wasn't pushy, was happy for me to test drive the cars I wanted, and gave me time to make up my mind. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Adam did a good job explaining financing and the various warranty options available to me. Didn't try to steer me in any particular direction, just gave information and let me decide.

Conflict was resolved but not in a professional nor pleasant manner. I was provided wrong information by Med Center Mazda employees and then James was very unpleasant when resolving the issue. He seemed extremely bothered to accept responsibility for the mistake.

Very professional from the moment I stepped out of my vehicle and into the service department. I explained why I was there and what I would like done and he said yes, we can handle that and just that got done! I appreciate the vehicle inspection and the video was a plus for sure!

We had no plans to buy a Mazda, were checking other
We had no plans to buy a Mazda, were checking other brands, but after contacting Med Center were immediately impressed by them and have purchased CX-30 from Med Center a week later. It is a very modern low pressure dealer with very professional staff. Absolutely recommend them.
