It was difficult to get in touch with someone on the phone. The wait was entirely too long for an oil change and tire rotation, when I did have an appointment.

Friendly service, nice waiting area with good amenities

Friendly service, nice waiting area with good amenities (free water, coffee, WiFi) and comfortable seating and work space. Overall, I waiting about 1.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with balance. They were busy so it felt an appropriate wait.

Good and fast communication.

Good and fast communication. Very knowledgable about older cars, which is very good. Got all of my problems fixed in a short amount of time.

Excellent.

Excellent. The car looks so good. Actually better much better than when I took it in the people that work there are the nicest folks I will tell everybody that wrecks their car to use Medcenter Mazda.
