Dishonest, rude, and irresponsible

I worked with Roswell Ford for several days trying to work out a deal to trade in my truck for a new one. They put in my paperwork and told me I was approved for the truck. I got off work around 8pm in Artesia and got to Roswell around 9. We filled out the paperwork, left my old truck, and took the new truck home. I had it for several days before they called me and told me I wasn't approved and had to take the truck back. If you aren't approved, is it that hard to be honest? When I called them back trying to figure out what to do about the problem they caused, they said they didn't do anything wrong! Wait, so telling someone they are approved, taking their old truck, and letting them take the new truck home is perfectly fine if they were never approved in the first place? No! That is never right! You don't lie to customers just to screw them over. You also are supposed to take responsibility for the wrong you have done. Will never do business there again.

Very Good

Ford escape, service was good, staff was nice. I was comfortable with most of the process. Lee liked the car, my wife liked it, she will will be driving it most of the time. After purchase she thought she should have purchased a SUV with third seat because of grand kids, she was still satisfied.

Shameful, dishonest, and untrustworthy

Below is my original review of the Roswell Ford. In addition to deleting my review after it garnered attention for their shameful customer service, they have continued to call me all morning offering an ‘identical car, different color.’ Not only is this another slimy sales tactic, but it proves to me that they have not shredded our paperwork which contains sensitive identification information. Additionally, further research shows that they are NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. ------------------------------------------------ Extremely disappointed! We drove almost 2 hours from Clovis for the sole purpose of finding a vehicle here. We were set up with a great car that we loved and was perfectly at our price point, and the test drive was great. After spending over 45 minutes filling out paperwork and waiting around, we're told that the car we test drove and were waiting on was "accidentally" on the lot and wasn't actually for sale. We are then presented with a 'similar' model that just so happens to be $2500 more...and basically presented as our only option because another identical model on the lot was also not for sale. That was either a BS sales tactic that I am insulted you think we'd be stupid enough to fall for...or your manager is incompetent enough to allow at least two unsellable vehicles on the lot for people to get their hopes up for. You have completely lost our business and I will never recommend you to friends in the area. Good luck with those monthly sales goals.

Service review

This recent visit was the first oil change for my 2014 Ford F150, purchased on 4/2/15. The service personnel were friendly and helpful. The only snags were that the vehicle maintenance took twice as long as the time indicated by the serviceman and the check engine light was on when I picked the vehicle up. I took the vehicle back to the dealer immediately and the indicator was reset within minutes. All in all the visit was good.

Excellent Services

I have been one satisfied customer of Roswell Ford for quiet some time. They have a friendly atmosphere and great customer service. It's nice to walk into a place where people are always smiling. Whether it's to buy a vehicle or service my car they never seize to amaze me. This past week I went in for a new vehicle. It's always nice to walk out of there happy. Mind you I had fallen in love with a vehicle that I was not able to get but I still left there one satisfied customer. I had to return the next day so they could wash my new car as the service department was already closed by the time we were done with process. The next day when I arrived I was greeted with the surprise that they had received a car that was almost identical to the one I wanted. Same color same wheels and was able to drive off an even happier customer with my black car instead of the gray one I had purchase the night before!! The fact that they went out of their way to make sure I was happy is always valued. So if you're looking for a new car. Roswell Ford is the place to go. Ask for Juan Aceves. He did an awesome job. Heck tell him Maria sent you?..
