Bought a used ford f150 pickup truck. Was initially just fact finding but the salesperson(Michael) took me over to see a later year model that was in excellent condition. He worked proactively with me and his management team to get a price that was fair and acceptable to close the deal. The communication with them was great before i purchased the vehicle, however once purchased and have had the car for a couple of months i had a question so i emailed once and called and left two messages with no response. So don't tell people before they leave the lot with a vehicle to call if they need anything because you don't even help. My question was simple but i guess since you already got my money why bother. So yeah, customer service was good until it wasn't.
