Great Service

Experience was excellent. Repair/recall performed in a reasonable timeframe with friendly, competent personnel. The facility was clean and waiting area comfortable and accomodating. This is what I would expect and they did not disappoint.

Escape 2019 weaver

I was disappointed that I was unable to be financed due to my income, no matter how much of a down payment I put down. I was told the only was I could purchase this vehicle was all cash. Surprise ?. I did. Stop treating people like they are worthless!!!

Worst service dept on the planet!

Worst service dept on the planet! Do not take your vehicle here for anything! Had my truck for a week to plug fuel pump back in after it came out while trying to get spare down. No communication at all!!

Professional, honest and no hassle

Great experience. Highly recommend Jeff Adams, he was helpful, and knowledgeable but was not pushy. Tony Serra Ford made car buying a positive experience which hasn?t been my prior experience at other dealers. Others like Chad, sales manager, gave us a competitive trade in offer for our truck and Marty, finance, was able to get us a super low rate. We are lifetime customers!

Great Experience

The sales team is exceptional. They were all very helpful and personable. Jeffrey Adams in particular made it about me and my family first! He never made it about making the deal. It felt like I wasn?t buying a vehicle at all. It felt like I was at home with family. When it was over with and we finally got the vehicle, they cleaned it, detailed it, and made sure it was ready to go. They?re straightforward and honest people. I?m definitely going back!

I am editing this review and temporarily bumping up my rating to three stars and I am optimistic that I can eventually raise it to 5 stars. AFTER I bought the truck, Chad, the sales manager, called me and apologized. He said there may have been a glitch or error somewhere that prevented me from getting price protection I thought I should have had and me being able to buy the vehicle based on the price quoted to me at the time my order was placed in October. He said he was researching further and if Ford would re-price the truck to him back to the price it was when I placed the order, he would try to honor the original quote and refund the difference. Again, he has already sold the truck, so he did not have to do this and the fact that he did meant a lot to me. It makes me feel better about the dealership. Everybody makes mistakes and the fact that he is at least trying to correct what seems to be one is a show of good faith. If this ultimately turns out favorable, I will edit this review again and raise it to 5 stars because they do seem to be trying hard to get to the bottom of this. For now, what I initially labeled as dishonesty on the part of the dealer may have just been a complicated mistake (and failure to listen to me and communicate). If that is the case, it was unfair for me to label it as dishonesty. Also, Colton, my Salesman has been wonderful. He has been a huge advocate for me throughout this ordeal. He did everything he could possibly do to avoid and the correct the situation. None of this is his fault, I think he is a straight-up honest guy who went way beyond the call of duty, well beyond what I would have expected, in support of the customer. That meant a lot and did not go unnoticed. Dishonest. DO NOT TRUST! May 18, 2022 By Chrishouse@hotmail.com from Pelham, AL I ordered a truck from these guys July. Truck Arrived in May (to be fair, they could not help the delay, that was on Ford). We agreed on a price at the time the order was made (I have it in WRITING). When the truck arrived, after me wating 10 months, they JACKED the price up $5,000, to the FULL STICKER PRICE, take it or leave it. ALL this is in writing. They used me to get the truck ordered and then priced it at Sticker because of the shortage. They say they will match in dealer's price in writing when they will not even honor their OWN price in writing. They took advantage of me and Covid. I am headed to see the GM tomorrow and will edit this review if by chance they make it right. Otherwise I am headed to the BBB and AG's office of consumer affairs (after I post this on every review I can find.
