Not a whole lot to say other than, "these folks are a fine example of how to sell cars to people!" We found what we wanted on their website after using the NissanUSA site to configure the exact Pathfinder we wanted. Reached out to them, they responded. We exchanged information on the trade-in I was wanting to use. They represented their online price with no funny business, no pressure, no doublespeak. When we made the 5 hour drive, it was a smooth review of the deal and trade. They worked on my counter-offer for the extended warranty and the deal was done in less than 2.5 hours total from walking in to driving off. Not once did Axel come back with his manager to "further discuss" anything. They honored their end of the deal and I delivered my trade in the condition I described it. The facility is nice with a GREAT selection, too. Axel was our salesperson and knew the model we wanted well. He sent videos and was very informative. Whatever he is making, they should pay him more. If we decide to buy a Frontier next, we are going to make the drive or flight to Lubbock to do so. Definitely considering the other McGavock dealerships as well. Great first impression.

I just purchased a new pathfinder from my salesman Will and the experience was great. Love the car. Bought it with zero pressure and felt at home. Will went over ever feature the vehicle had and was very patient with me until I understood everything. I had bought several cars in the past from McGavock and this was the best.
