Great Service

I came in for an oil change and was 45 minutes early for my appointment. The service department had me out of there before my scheduled appointment time. Great service.

Hassle Free Transaction

We came in to look at a F150 that was listed on their website. Unfortunately, we were told that there was a listing error. The truck was a commercial vehicle and they could not sell it to us. The good news is that Scott worked with us to find a truck they had on the lot that met our criteria at a fair price. Thank you for a smooth transaction!

2015 Ford Focus maintenance recall.

Our 2015 Ford Focus had a recall. I called and we set up the appointment for Jan. 31, 2016. I arrived in the morning as scheduled and talked with Stan Harris our service advisor and we were able to get a rental car for the day. The recall maintenance was actually completed b4 the estimated time. I picked up the car and came home. Service was great and I would recommend Alan Vigil Ford to my friends. Paul

Warranty Work

Customer service was great. Quick Lane service great. However, the workmanship was fine but not great. I had a window installed and the party did not clean the window after it was installed. If the party had cleaned the window and removed their fingerprints and streaks, service would have been great.
