I purchased a new 2012 Ford F-250. The experience was very pleasurable. Rocky and Becky were very knowledgeable in the product and finance. Very fast in and out service not to mention the great deal I got on the truck. The service was excellent. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Buster Miles. I shopped other dealers and determined there no need to go anywhere else. If your in the market for a new Ford. Buster Miles is the place to go.

My father-in-law has bought three vehicles from Buster Miles, so when he told us about the 2012 Suburban they had, we did not hesitate in making the drive down there to check it out. We just purchased a new 2012 2500 HD extended cab pickup from Buster Miles; our saleman Marcus Tillman, was awesome to work with as was Mem Miles and everyone else who we talked to while we were there. They made us very happy with our deal and we would not hesitate to send friends and family there when they are ready for a new or used vehicle. They have a wonderful family feel there and don't have to be pushy....they give you the right price and that's all you need! The DOC fee is also reasonable which is not the case at a lot of other dealers.

After 6 pre-owned vehicles I finally decided to purchase something brand new. The website helped me narrow down my selections before I ever even got to the dealership. I set up an appointment with Brody that fit my busy schedule and he conveniently had everything ready for me to test drive upon my arrival. I quickly fell in love with the Chevy Cruze and the purchasing process went from there. Everyone in the credit/finance departments (Ms Becky at the BM ford dealership and Mr. Hazelwood at BM Chevy) walked me thru every step, explaining each cost, rate, plan, service, warranty, garauntee, policy, etc... thouroughly, which only reassured me that I had made the right choice.

I was looking for a specialty item. 2012 ZL1 Camaro. I talked to my local dealer. They couldn't get one. I talked to a friend of mine who worked at another dealer, he wanted $5000 over MSRP to get me one. I made a 2 hour drive to Buster Miles and they had one and gave me a fair price on it. Nice folkks. You'll meet several members of the Miles family. Plus, it's a family environment. There are husband and wife teams that work there.

I stopped by to compare prices. The people at Buster Miles are friendly and very helpful. Don Jacobs was very knowledgable and had a way that made me feel relaxed. In the end, they offered me a lower purchase price and a higher price on my trade in. I will buy from them again.

We drove about 2hrs away to look at a vehicle at Buster Miles, and I asked the car salesman about the vehicle as far as its looks on the inside and out...also if there were any mechanical problems. Let's face it, we don't always get the full story when we search vehicles online. He checked it himself and assured me that the vehicle was in good shape with no problems.
