My mom is 74 and knew exactly what she wanted and Aaron McMikel was a big help with her selection. He was super friendly and easy to deal with and made it extremely easy on my mom who is disabled. This is what a salesman should he like. The process from start to finish was flawless. Paris Chevrolet outdoes Ford 100% in my book.

Lies and more lies
This dealership's service department routinely lies and skews the truth to avoid being liable for the damages they create. My pictures clearly show that my interior was shredded even though nothing inside the car required attention, I have pictures of my car both before and after being in their custody and there were none of the damages to my front lamp lights, my engine wasn't sitting up and out of it's position either but they now are. My car was at their dealership for an extra day, supposedly so they could put everything back together but that was just more of my time to waste apparently.

We have a policy where we take photos of the vehicle before it enters our service department in order to protects us against customers that claim we damage their vehicle while in our possession. These photos are time & date stamped and the damage to your 2008 Cobalt was done prior to visiting us as you already know. For anyone reading this review, please know that there are people out there that write false reviews about businesses with malicious intentions. However, we have some of the most incredible customers on the planet and are thankful for each and every one of you ?
I can't believe this!!!
I sent in my car to have the timing chain replaced and went ahead and got the Diagnostics to be sure. I worked with Austin and service for many days he was always really nice. But when I called Austin on the day that he said the car would be ready he told me there's been a problem there's metal inside the engine and we need to get you a $6,000 new engine I declined. Then he said they could put the timing chain on and run a balloon test to make sure the pistons were ok and This would cost me $1500; I declined and said i would pay the $270 for their diagnostic and send a tow to pick it up, to which AUSTIN said ' ok i think you made the right choice' and proceeded to tell me about the good cars their dealership had and when i mentioned bad credit here told me about PAC ( Paris Auto Connection) and their good deals on used cars. When i told him i was ready to get the car towed he said ' WELL GIVE ME A DAY TO PUT EVERYTHING BACK TOGETHER AND PUSH IT OUT OF THE GARAGE SO THEY CAN TOW IT' to which I said ok. Got my car towed back home today in PIECES!!! Lights and car parts falling off of it and my interior is shredded!!! Called the dealership, AUSTIN acts like he's done nothing wrong, speak to the SERVICE MANAGER (forgot his name but will post it when I remember) who starts listing EVERYONE ELSE that could have caused this problem, and offering to tow it back to see the issue ( uh DECLINED) before finally asking what I wanted. I stated simply, my money back and then he'd starts with the semantics, like putting a dollar amount on each broken item, but he got excited when I mentioned this review and pictures. By then, I was done with the conversation and on my way to this review. Pictures included

Vanity, thank you for sharing your recent experience in our service department. It sounds like your main complaint is the state that your vehicle was returned to you in. For us to roll the vehicle onto the tow truck we did have to put the mount back on and secure it. After both parties agreed that the cost of the repair was more than the value of the vehicle, only putting the mount back on helped us keep your cost down. We only have the best intentions and strive for our customers to leave the store completely satisfied with their experience but understand that that does not happen 100% of the time. I do want to add that the photos you uploaded to the google review are inaccurate.
