Bait and switch
After calling and confirming the vehicle's availability with the stock number I set an appointment to to test drive the truck. We drove an hour and a half just to get here and wait 30 minutes for them to say, oops we just sold it. They sold it after I set an appointment! Sales manager couldn't even mustar an apology for waisting over 3 hours of my time. Will never do business with them.

Don’t negotiate with this dealership over the phone, if a customer walks in with a better deal, your phone negotiating means nothing. They will sell the vehicle to the walk in. Very poor business practice.

Very dishonest and not friendly. When they sale you a car they don’t care about helping you anymore. All they care about is making a sale. They were making fun of a customer I guess they didn’t think I could hear them.
