The buying experience was very easy since the vehicle was

The buying experience was very easy since the vehicle was purchased on line. The salesman was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Wish the DEF tank was full upon delivery, little over 1/2 full. Also, someone should have mentioned that an insurance rider was needed before the vehicle could be released. Here in Tenn only the insurance card proving coverage is needed.

Vehicle was delivered with less than a quarter tank of

Vehicle was delivered with less than a quarter tank of fuel when we were told it would be filled. Vehicle only had one key when two are required for the sale, we had to buy the second at extra cost. Once extra key was purchased, dealer did not have the capability to make the replacement. Took four weeks and four trips to have the key made. No follow up was made by dealer or salesman.

A 26 percent interest rate is too high — even people with

A 26 percent interest rate is too high — even people with bad credit don’t get rates that high from banks, so it’s like they’re sacrificing me.
