Maxie Price Chevrolet

I traded in two vehicles and they gave me a very fare price for the vehicles. I purchased a new truck and was able to negotiate a very good price for it. It was the best car buying experience I have had and would definately purchase from Maxi Price in the future. The salesman Daquria Willoughby was very easy to work with and helped me any way he could.

I went to Maxie Price partially because they had such good reviews on Cars.com. However, stupid me, didnt really look at the review details. They obviously created a ton of reviews themselves. How else do you get 17 5 Star reviews in one day? 190 5 Star since October? I went in for looking for a Chevy Cruze for my daughter and had already done some research on the car and knew I was looking for an LT model. The first sales rep I spoke with barely knew anything about the car so he passed me off to another sales rep. The second rep seemed as if I was bothering him by trying to buy a car. I didnt bring my daughter because it was going to be a surprise for her 17th birthday. I wanted to hammer out the details and pricing so that when we came back I all we would have to settle on was color. They didnt want to give me the prices because they told me I was going to just "shop it" and buy elsewhere. This made no sense to me, I didnt even ask for a discount, from research I knew there was only about $600 in mark-up on the car and I know I wasnt buying a Corvette which can be discounted $10,000 or more. Anyway, after 45 minutes of waiting for a price I was told they will "take a couple hundred off probably". To sum up my experience, the sales reps werent pleasant, they werent considerate of my time and they wouldnt even give me a real price. I then drove over to John Miles in Conyers where I let them know nothing about my experience at Maxie Price. The sales rep was nice, answered all my questions and gave me the pricing details I needed. I was there for less than 45 minutes. Next day, I drove there again with my daughter, she picked out her Crystal Red Cruze LT and we were out the door in less than 90 minutes. That store gets a 5 Star rating. I was never going to shop Maxie Prices quote, I wasnt going to visit another dealer. They actually made me go. Real smart business.

Called the dealership b/c I had a question about the price on a specific vehicle, Scott (Owner) fielded my call. 2 problems, #1. He cut me off mid sentence and #2. Transferred me to a voice mail rather than stick with the call to see it through to the end. End state, there is only one boss, the customer and he can fire everyone in the company form the chairman on down simply bey spending his money somewhere else.(Sam Walton)

When i went to dealership my wife and I were greeted by very friendly people. Mr Wally seen us standing around not realizing we were helped and he want to assist us if needed we thanked him and he went on. Mr Zellner helped us as best that he could was very polite and gave us the up-most respect. At times i figured I would not strike a deal this day but Mr Wally being a sales manager said he would lay all the cards on the table and he did we walked out very happy and with what my wife wanted. two days later my wife was contacted by Mr Wally and asked how everything was with the car and she had seen some spots on the seats and he said to bring it in and they would see what they could do. When I shop for a car I myself like some one who treats me on the same level as them. This dealer ship and all it's personal are very friendly if you need a car I would say go there and give them a shout and please give them a chance.

Great dealership, very friendly staff. Made buying my Silverado a fun experience. Got a better deal on a 2012 than I found on a 2009 across town.

The Experience had at Maie Price was awesome sales person knew about the car he was saling me and work out great deal with the finance manger. I got to me Maxie Price the man in charge.Finance manger was all over it great deal.

Because they gave us great service and a great price I would recommend them to family and friends. If we need a new car again I would go there again to get one.

Melvin our salesman was very professional and carrys himself very well. He has great manners. I would recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Crawford was very helpful and really made us feel like he was willing to go the extra mile to assist us in our car buying process. We will never again return to Loganville Ford after our experience with Maxie Price Chevrolet!
