It should of been about 2nd chance financing but the experience was more. It was about our salesperson Trisha treating us respectfully. The finance department jumping through many hoops and accomplishing a positive win win situation. I will be drving off the lot with my new car and a smile on my face. I would like to say that initially I was being saved by another sales person whome I do not wish to have recommended to anyone. Howeveer, I asked for someone else and I was sent over to Trish. She was so awesome. She went above and beyond to help me even when I was at a low point. She was very encouraging and she didn't brush me off or tell me things to get my hopes up.
