Awful. They missed 3 appointments that they scheduled. Then said I?d have to make other arrangements. Person on phone was difficult and didn?t seem to care that I had three (3!) previous appointments all missed by Athens Ford.

Unfortunately, during the time of your appointments, Ford’s network and programming systems were experiencing connectivity outages that prevented our technician from properly completing the required programming work on your vehicle. While this issue was outside of our dealership’s control, we recognize that the communication and overall experience should have been handled with greater care and empathy. Very pleased with my new set of tires purchased and the recalls performed on my 2015 Ford Mustang at Athens Ford. Nick the service manager matched the tire price and installation that I had received from other tire providers in the Athens area. Nick was courteous and kept me informed on the process that involved the four recalls that needed to be performed. Overall Nick at Athens Ford was great to deal with.

I brought them my daughter?s 2020 Ford escape, escape, hybrid, titanium edition for repairs. A little bit of backstory for about 18 months I?ve taken it to Valdosta Ford three occasions for repairs of the same nature. Each time I was told it was a battery issue or a software issue and that the software needed to be upgraded. My issue is is that the car sometimes would not start and we?re not going to drive and multiple failure points would show on the dash. Athens Ford diagnosed the issue as a failed hybrid control module. So the other three times I went to Valdosta. They didn?t know what they were doing. I highly recommend Athens Ford for all repairs to your Ford vehicle.

Brought in my 2017 Explorer for recall items. Requested a look at the windshield gasket due to cracking. Received a video from technician on inspections that I had not requested. Nothing on recall items or the gasket. Texted Anna to see if vehicle was ready. No reply. Went to pick up my vehicle and Anna was on vacation.
