Customer service was good, the service adviser was polite and professional. I wouldn't rate the service any more than "good" because nothing was done other than what needed to be done to the car. When I picked it up the car it had dirty prints on the side of the car and windows, I assume they're just dirty marks from the technicians leaning or touching the car but it was disappointing to see.

Oscar and Alex Montes were amazingly helpful through my process of leasing a new 2016 Ford Escape. I look forward to recommending their service to other prospective customers!
