All American Ford does all my oil changes. They always get started as soon as I arrive and greet me with respect and a handshake. They are always professional and seem to be happy for me to be a customer. They seem to not take any customers for granted and, as far as I can tell, treat every customer with great regard. I paid for a tire rotation after being asked if I wanted one and I never got the tire rotation. I knew that because I had a tire that was slowly leaking that I was having to fill up once a week. After the “rotation” the same tire was still leaking on the same spot. I called back to let them know my tires never got rotation and the service guy told me that maybe it was my sensor that was wrong and he would have to check the cameras and call me back in an hour. By the end of the day he had never called so i called back and someone else told me he was in a meeting and would call before he left. It was the next day before I got a call. I was at work so it went to voicemail in which he told me that my tires were never rotated and all that was offered was for someone to come rotate my tires by mobile unit. If my tire was not going low I never would have known my tires were never rotated. I’m extremely disappointed. Especially when I arrived I heard a tech in the service area complaining that he had to do an oil change. In the voicemail the service guy said that the tech was “confused” and rotated the tires of the car next to me, but when I was there no other customers/cars were in the service area. To me it just seems like the tech did not want to do it (as I heard him saying) so he did not. It also makes me worried if my oil change was done correctly.
