Bought a Bronco Sport Big Bend in 22 from All American Ford Springville Al. The rear diff made noise by around 25,000 miles. The service manager and Technician stood together and told my wife it was normal, nothing to worry about. There were a few recalls and the Bronco was taken to All American Ford for the repairs and we're told they were replaced. Come to find out at another dealership nothing was done, fuel pouring down the side of the engine and could have been a dangerous situation. All American sold us a 10,000 mile warranty to cover after the 60,000 factory warranty. We Asked for and thought we bought a 100,000 warranty. Why in the xxxx would someone want a 10,000 mile warranty? Screwed us big time!!! All American Wasn't a Ford Authorized Dealer and they are crooked as they come! I've tried to get the RDU replaced but no help even though a service receipt at 20,000 miles has RDU noise written on it. Bronco now has lil over 100k. My advice is don't do business with them and don't buy a junk xxx Ford vehicle! They will lie and cover xxx and every xxxx dealership trying to make a killing on every car. Ridiculous !!! Paid for a A- pillar recall item. Dealer sent in paperwork for reimbursement. Never received reimbursement check. Dealer won’t return calls. Manager won’t respond. Have had 4 Explorers and nine Ford/Lincoln Mercury vehicles. Never again.

My service advisor David was great.I had the works service and as I had 57,000 miles on the car l felt my brakes may need to be replaced. David texted me the pictures and I did need brakes and wiper blades replaced, also ordered new hubcaps from your parts department and when they rotated the tires and did the brakes installed new hubcaps. Great service and overall experience.

Chris in the Service Dept is fantastic.!! I decided to give these a chance since C.A.Russell bought the dealership. They did an awesome job getting my truck in and out, while trying to work me in.!! I will definitely go back and use them again.. Praying Chris will still be there..

The new guys did a great job. The gentleman was very attentive. I also wanted to let you know that your previous salesman quoted me $450.00+ tax for floor mats. I went to another Ford dealer and they charged me $214.00. Same exact OEM mats.

The service advisor was very professional. The technicians were efficient and professional. They accepted my vehicle earlier than my appointment and completed the service very quickly.
