Great Customer Service (This Time....)
I liked the communication that Renrick Hall provided. He was in constant communication and kept me updated on the status of my service the entire time. Outstanding customer service. He did a great job. The last (2) times I got my car serviced there I had and absolute horrible experience. Renny won back my faith in Classic Ford (for now) and now I will shopping for a new F150 in Feb 2016. Thanks Renny!

Great service
Quick and pleasant service. Austin is very nice and knowledgable. He fixed issue with my car that nobody else seemed to be able to fix. Definitely will be coming back.

Great Service Department
I appreciated that the service manager was willing to get a rental for me while checking a warranty issue for me with my car. I am from out of town and this was very important to me!
