We were shopping for a new Nissan Armada and found one with all the features we liked online at Regal Nissan. It was pouring rain when our scheduled appointment... arrived, but Irish already had our Armada pulled into the covered garage for us to check out. The whole experience was easy and felt like working with family. We bought our first brand new family car, a 2021 Armada from Irish at Regal Auto. Being a GM guy, the experience here makes me want to change to Nissan when time for a new truck.
I came to Georgia from Virginia to purchase a speciality car they had and enjoyed one of the best car buying experiences I've had in a long time. Willie... took care of everything for me over the phone so that when I arrived at dealership to pick up the car all the paperwork was in order. Actual time to sign documents and talk to necessary people to complete everything and take possession of car only took me about 35 minutes. The dominos all fell into place because of professional way they handled things for me. Can't emphasize enough the professional experience I had with all the people I encountered at dealership and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

I buy Nissans just so I can have their service. My recent visit with Jake was perfect. They always diagnose the problem and fix it before it causes a problem.... Just perffect

I recently purchase a car and I made my choice base on the information I received,after I left that evening I thought about it and decided that I am going... to return that car and purchase a more expensive one ,I had the car for one day and they told me I had to trade it in and I lost all the fees I paid on that car ,I bought another car and had to pay all those fees again,I think they could have work with me a little better and the car that I returned is back on the lot selling for almost the same price.There are dealers that give you up to three days no hassle,I am so disappointed right now.

Saw a used Nissan LEAF online and made an appointment to test it out, and purchase. These days there isn't as much dickering about the price. What you... see on the internet is what you pay. It was a fair price, so all I needed to do was fill out some paper work. They had the car pulled out and ready for me to test drive when I arrived. It all checked out, so I got it. Did my financing right there with NMAC, good rate. In and out in 2-hours. What more could you want?

We bought a used Subaru at Regal Nissan. The Check Engine light came on after 8 days of ownership. We dropped the car off with Terry in Service and in... conjunction with Clayton in Used car Support, they provided outstanding service. I purchased a certified pre-owned car from Regal. Calvin was an awesome salesman to work with. He asked me what I was looking for and followed up with... a personalized video walkthrough of the two cars I was interested in. To be honest he got me with the attention to detail so I went to the dealership that day. I was supposed to go to another Nissan dealer to look at the same car but decided to not go because of his customer service. I ended up buying the car the next day. The experience was great there was no pressure and he had the car ready for me when I walked in. I highly recommend Regal Nissan.

went in for oil change and detail service was second in line at 730 am 5 hours later nothing was done to my car almost 8 hours later got my car half done... and the service agent had the renal car atendent cash me out. I bought my used car here and had a feeling i would get bad service since my old service rep left . I was right not sure I will go back or think about buying another car there
