Unfortunately, I was rear ended. I've always had the best service in the service dept., so I decided to try the collision center. Very pleased I did.... Clayton in Collision Center was outstanding - talk about white glove service. He consistently let me know the progress and was just incredibly friendly and professional. The whole collision center seemed like a great team. Fadi in the Rental Car dept. was super friendly and just really great to work with as well. My car looks fantastic and I'm very pleased I took it to Regal's Collision Center.

I am so enthuse by the excellent customer service I received from Warren at Regal Nissan. This is by far the best facility in Georgia.
I have purchased many cars in my life and it is something I have always dreaded. The traditional "car salesman" experience is horrible where you just don't... know if they are acting with integrity. My experience at Regal Nissan made me realize I was just shopping in the wrong place. My salesperson, Jeremy Russell, took the time to explain everything to me, got me a great price, and changed my perception of a car salesperson. I absolutely love my new Rogue and I will be back to see Jeremy and the others at Regal for all my car needs.

We brought a vehicle we were tentatively thinking of purchasing for a pre-sales inspection. The service department team was able to point out multiple... flaws with our vehicle that we would never have noticed. Being in a time sensitive situation for a new car, the service department called a salesperson, Daryl, over to help. We walked out of Regal with a better deal than the car we were thinking about purchasing in a little over 2 hours. What a wonderful, pressure-free environment! We are so thankful that what we thought was a good deal turned into a better one! Highly recommend this team!
ZERO STARS. Dont buy car from here. They are the worst nissan dealers. Made us wait and even didnt bother to talk. The GM is the worst person you will... deal with. They give 0 customer importance. “If you want some respect this is not the place.”
Thank you for visiting our dealership. According to your salesperson, you were several hours late for your appointment, and this affected your wait ti...me. Also, during this visit customers complained that you and your friend's rudeness to our employees made them feel uncomfortable. Regal Nissan is always willing to match or exceed any legitimate offer. We have consistently been one of the top sellers of Rogue models in Georgia, an accomplishment that would NOT be possible if we were not aggressive on price. However, on occasion we are presented with numbers that are unattainable. We hate that we were unable to come to terms. We hope you enjoy your new Nissan, and would love the chance to earn your business in our Service Department.
We went to our local dealer but they wouldn't give us a fair price for our trade in, which we had purchased from them, so since we were serious about... purchasing a Rogue we went pretty far out of town and traded.
