Walked in with no appointment to get my vehicle seviced. I was assisted right away and my vehicle was taken back for an oil change. The service took about an hour, including oil change, tire rotation, and car wash. The waiting area is very nice with complementary water, coffee, and popcorn. Special thanks to the service clerk Tiffany, she was very helpful in getting my vehicle serviced.

Very positive experience!
Everyone was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Adrian went out of his way to help me find the right vehicle and make it do-able for me to purchase it as I had requested. The finance department also provided excellent service, making my car purchasing experience a very positive one.

Express Service was exceptional, done in half an hour. My service advisor, Tiffany Lewis, is great! She explained the services that will be performed and walked me through the details regarding any prior concerns I had.

Subaru Oil Change
Great service, but the shop is a pig pin. Machines are dirty and the shop looks like no one ever cleans. They need to hire a high school automotive student to come in and clean for 3 hrs a day.

2018 Outback 3.6R Limited
The internet sales crew (Cheryl & Jodi) were fantastic. Both very easy and informative to deal with. I was at another Subaru dealership before driving to Subaru of Ontario. The other nameless dealership was filled with buffoons who couldn't answer simple questions about their product. I was even told what I wanted, which obviously wasn't what I was shopping for! Thank you Ladies, you have new lifelong customers!!
