yes, this is Regina Petty. We just purchased a brand new Mercedes-Benz my husband and I from Chris and we just want to thank him for a job well done he took his time. He's been very patient with us as well and I just want to thank him and Mercedes-Benz of Indianapolis.

Very easy process.

Very easy process. Everything was completely when we drove up to sign. No pressure to buy extra stuff. Will be back.

Chris Oliva is the best!

Chris Oliva is the best! My husband and i had been to three other dealerships before stopping in at Mercedes-Benz of Indianapolis. We were lucky enough to snag Chris as a salesperson. I have never met someone as knowledgeable about EVERY model we considered, and there were quite a few! He is THE encyclopedia of MB. He helped us understand each vehicle and explained hybred vs. gas powered, sedan vs. SUV without hesitation. He knew every car in the showroom and also was familiar with the cars on the lot. He was a dream to work with. I would recommend Chris to anyone interested in learning about Mercedes-Benz.

This car dealership is the worst i have ever seen.

This car dealership is the worst i have ever seen. Scheduling appointment is a hassle to go through. First you have to make a request by submitting the online form. Why not just have a regular date availability picking like everyone else? Then someone will reach out to you for the earliest date which is like a month out. Ok, reply with the selection and no follow up or confirmation at all. You just have to praise that it’s your spot. Took the car in, parts are not ready and was told to come back in a few days. 2 day of work turned out to be a week without a car. Whats the point of scheduling appointment if you cannot take it in?
