This dealership is not Military friendly and does not

This dealership is not Military friendly and does not support Military members. The owner here apparently will not sell a vehicle to anyone who is military unless they have a valid drivers licenses. Even though most states consider your expired drivers licenses to be valid as long as you have a current military ID. Even California recognizes this from it own residents stationed in other states. So apparently the owner of this dealership DOES NOT SUPPORT our active duty military members. So go to a dealership that supports your service.

My experience was good.

My experience was good.It was difficult for me to come in so Danielle York helped me through email and internet. I didn?t have a way to get it home so Danielle brought it to me in Twin Peaks and I took her back. Fernando in finance was also nice and helpful. Well done Rotolo.

Appt.

Appt. was for oil change/tire rotation and malfunctioning infotainment system. Was not told in advance that vehicle would need to be left the entire day, so infotainment system not repaired!!!

I was referred by my son in law, who previously purchased

I was referred by my son in law, who previously purchased a vehicle with you. I had been shopping around for quite a while, but was pleasantly surprised when I received a video showing the car that I was interested in. From start to finish, I received exceptional customer service, friendly staff, and an overall experience that was over and above what I expected. I initially worked with Pedro, so I'd like to give him credit for doing an awesome job at getting me in, but was handed off to Mitchell who also did an outstanding job. He continued to communicate every step of the way and made me feel like I mattered. I cannot say enough good things about my entire experience and will absolutely be a return customer for life.

Took my Traverse in because I got a notification from

Took my Traverse in because I got a notification from onstar I had an issue with my battery and or starter. The diagnostic test was 250.00, battery was 350 and starter 500. Labor is another story. 1295.00 with the hrly rate of 250.00 and hr, that equates to 5.18 hrs. For a 2 hr job at most. Then when I went to pick up my vehicle the check engine light was on. The service person took it to the back. Brought it back said it was a loose battery cable. Not very good workmanship. I have bought two vehicles from there and referred several others.

Great experience. Lots to choose from on the lot. Agent has helpful and motivated. Provided personal care Building was clean and the financial services were were quick.

I was having an ongoing issue with a check engine light,

I was having an ongoing issue with a check engine light, took it in to Jorge Estrada Service Adviser from there he ran with it always keeping me apprised of what was happening with the vehicle, always providing excellent customer service, always very professional. As it turned out the vehicle needed to be worked on longer than anticipated, Jorge then reached out to Service Manager Enrique Cerrillos who authorized a loaner for me, a large vehicle knowing that I would need a vehicle that would be able to carry my mothers wheelchair, this was extremely helpful. Jorge and Enrique, what a terrific customer service tag team, kudos to both!!
