Car check engine light came on, called and made an appt Came in dropped of my camaro and got a rental my car was fixed same day thanks!!

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Our salesman Noah did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. It was a surprisingly positive and easy experience.

I like the no pressure salesman. Also I really liked how Darrel showed me how to set up my Bluetooth and use the radio. The fact that he took the time ment a lot to me.

I signed a document stating that I would have a full tank of gas and that was not the case it was a little over a quart of fuel....It was a pretty unforgettable experience due to management not saying hello almost like we were not even there we sign the contract, But there were some employees at Rotolo that greet it us and treated us a client. We sent a quote request through the internet and received an immediate response. Danielle York was extremely helpful and responsive to our request. We exchanged a few emails and then phone calls and Danielle was able to locate the car we were looking for. We arrived on Saturday morning to see the vehicle and it looked great. We sat down with Danielle to fill out the paperwork then over to finance and customer service. The entire Rotola team was courteous, friendly and very helpful. Buying a new car can be nerve racking but I must say our buying experience at Rotolo was quite pleasant. We are very pleased with the vehicle and the entire Rotola team.

I was very lery about buying a new car because my credit is not good. I was in and out of the Rotolo in less than 2 hours with my new camaro. The sales team was great and the financing was super easy and signing all the paperwork was very easy and fast. It really was a great experience.
