I had orignially planned on buying my car from the dealership next door Rock Honda, but after communicating with the Sales person, Jimmy through email and phone calls, he kept calling me and emailing me as if we had not talked, trying to make an appointment when we already had one etc. So I contacted Rotollo, it was like night and day, Danielle emailed me, was prompt with her responses, knew who I was when I called. When I came to look at the car she was so efficient that she pulled up right next to me in it as I was walking in (though that might have been coincidence). She was a pleasure to work with, even when it took me an hour to unload everything from my old car to new. I also had the opportunity to work with Angelica Cardona, she was so nice, sweet and informative, and explained everything wonderfully. I felt comfortable the entire time and never felt pressured or get that slimy car salesman feeling. While I was waiting a gentlemen from another department came and just chatted with me for 5 minutes because I looked bored. It was a wonderful experience, one of my best!

Danielle was incredible to work with. Was at the dealership for 3 hours which included the application, all paperwork and I was leaving in my new vehicle. I had carefully studied the Chevrolet website to determine the vehicle and equipment I wanted. When I first met Lucy Sanchez I asked her questions to see how well she knew the product. Lucy answered all of my questions with confidence and accurately and with no B.S. Lucy gave me a great price and a great interest rate. Then I went in to see Armand Rojo in finance. Armando carefully explained the finance paperwork and extended warranties. He didn't play any games. Everything was just exactly as Lucy and I had agreed. It is really a pleasure to deal with Rotolo Chevrolet and be treated with respect. In fact we went back the following week and purchased a second car from Lucy and received the same great treatment from both Lucy and Armando.

Lucy Sanchez assisted me in my purchase of my new 2013 Cruze and i'm very happy with it. She made this process extremely easy and was brief with the process time. Also Armando Rojo made sure I understood everything before I signed the contract which made me feel good that I wasn't singing anything I didn't want to. I recommend both!

From the minute we arrived at the dealership, we were treated like we were special customers. My wife and I stopped by Rotolo Chevrolet to look at a Volt. We needed a little spark in our lives so we figured a volt was the answer. When we arrived we asked for fleet/internet sales and were greeted by Danielle York. She met us with a fantastic smile, a hardy handshake and a question what can I show you. Danielle showed us the Volts and explained their operation. We chose a 2012 crystal red fully loaded volt with a MSRP of $45665.00. Now this is where the dealing normally get hostile with salespeople and negotiations but not with Danielle she pulled the invoice and provided a very fair price. She then provide us with all the finance and rebate options available on the 2012 Volts. We a shake of hands on the deal and were off to see Jim Delp in finance. Jim provided a very professional speedy experience. This was the best new car purchasing experience I have had..... First trip on the volt yielded 87.7 mpg. No buyers regret here just happy customers that were treated as if we were family.

Well Lucy was very knowledgeable, she was well informed about the workings of the car we had thought of buying through Costco, and she was very nice.
