Car service

I like how they always seem to fix any problems with my car. They are always courteous and friendly. I feel my car is always very well taken care of when I take it to rotolo.

The best car buying place, hands down!

My experience at Rotollo was nothing but pleasurable! The staff were friendly and not pushy to make a sale, James made sure to get us the price and numbers we wanted. I have nothing but good things to say!!

Great service!

Rolando was very helpful in answering all the question and we left satisfied. He works great with customers and along with everyone else there was just very helpful. I would definitely recommend people to go with him. An amazing person and sale associate.

Sal Mercado is the best

Great Service

The sales and financing department was wonderful, very helpful and kind. The only issue is the service department was not so welcoming and helpful. But I would still recommend rotolo without a problem.

Outstanding!

We can't say enough about Wanda Parker! This was our first pleasant experience buying a car, ever!!! So refreshing to have her explain so clearly, and she really helped us find the best car for our needs based on practicality and affordability. Never did I get the feeling I was being sold a "payment". Wanda, Armando in finance - both, were very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional and kind. I have always bought Hondas, but after my experience at Rotolo...I'm a convert!

Awesome Salesmen Julio is!

We did visit another Chevy dealer in Ontario and left disappointed with the way their sales men were rude and had no clue on the vehicles. That same day we went to Rotolo. We were blessed that Julio Carrillo went above and beyond to show us what we wanted to see. We felt very comfortable with him because he is a friendly, outgoing person. Thank You Rotolo!

Oil change wait time

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and was told less then 2 hours it took 2 and a half. I understand the shop is busy but that is a long time.

Great service, very attentive

I honestly know that Wanda made our visit that much special. If I could give her 100 stars personally, I would! She was the best! Angelica also made the visit pleasurable. Thank you guys for everything! PS. The only issue we encountered was the molding on the left passenger side. We were told to take it to the service department.
