My experience was wonderful overall.

My experience was wonderful overall. I had a great interaction with Melissa, Jacob and the sales manager. Jacob Tyler provided me with excellent customer service, he was knowledgeable and patient with me during the sales process. Overall everyone at the dealership including the person that delivered my vehicle was absolutely wonderful!

Efficient buy/sell process

Truly exceptional service department at Bill Smith GMC. I was there for a oil change and tire rotation on my Sierra. I was in and out in about 45 mins. Great dealership.
