Staff knowledgeable and fry. Work completed …..my noisy front door windows made awful noise kisses lowering the windows. I’m not sure what they did but noises are gone. Lunghibg problem explained. HAPPY will sales and service.

Bill is the single best service manager we have ever experienced and we have owned Porsches, BMW’s, Jaguars and Audis. We would never take our cars to anyone else. The video inspection is a great feature and it found a key repair that needed to be executed. We also always receive a loaner. 5 star service!!

I have been taking my A3 there for several years & Bill has ALWAYS been professional & courteous. I recently acquired an e-tron EV that had a recall notice & needed servicing. Again, the service was great. I asked for the inside windshield to be cleaned & they went above & beyond & cleaned the inside. I asked for the car to be charged & when I picked it up, it was at 90%. They fixed the recall & communicated necessary future fixes. My experience with Bill & DCH Audi has been nothing but excellent- thanks Bill!!

I had over $8,000 of warranty work done on my Audi Q7 at this dealership — where I also bought both the car and the warranty — and unfortunately the entire experience was terrible from start to finish. This wasn’t just routine service — my car was in their shop for nearly two weeks, and throughout that time communication was almost nonexistent. My messages went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic updates. When my wife finally picked up the car, it was infested with ants. We have never had ants in the car before, and there was no food or reason for it. What makes this worse is that the technician documented the ant issue in their notes but no one bothered to mention it at pickup. That kind of lack of transparency is unacceptable. After $8K of work, I expected at least basic communication, honesty, and care for the vehicle. Instead, this was hands down the worst service experience I’ve had at a car dealer hands down.
