Went in recently and had the rear brakes and rotors replaced. Alan kept me informed during the whole process. The Service Dept. as a whole, are the best in Onslow County.

I had a flat tire.
I had a flat tire. I had changed to the spare on the road and placed the flat in the bed of the truck. Not only was the tire repaired and placed back on the vehicle, but the spare was also placed back in its holder and my jack and tire tools were secured back under the seat for me. Emily also followed up with an email to ensure everything was okay. This attention to detail demonstrates exceptional professionalism. I thank you for your help.

DID NOT HELP OUT WHAT SO EVER! LEFT FRUSTRATED! BECAUSE I KNEW THE WORK COULD HAVE BEEN DONE AT YOUR SHOP TO REMOVE A BOLT! WAS TOLD TO WELD A NUT TO THE BROKEN BOLT! BULL HOOKIE! I WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET THE BOLT REMOVED AND IT WAS AT ALOT CHEAPER PRICE
