5 months cannot get license plate

Purchased used Dodge Van in July 2019. Still do not have plate 5 months later! Have to call and fight to get new temporary plate every month for 5 months now. We call weekly and talk to Monica King when she’ll answer the phone, and get excuses like it’s on someone’s desk or it didn’t get processed yet. This is terrible customer service and I do not recommend this dealership to anyone!

We base our relations with our clients on professional, no-pressure service, full disclosure, and transparency. As such, all information is prominently disclosed on the proposal each client receives prior to making a buying decision.

Lemon of a car

This is a horrible place to do business. They have sold me a lemon. I would not recommend this place to my dog. I have had my car 2 years and have constantly have had problems with it. Of course with it being under warranty they never could find anything wrong with the car now that it is out of warranty they all the sudden see the problem. It has been in the shop 4 times in the past 2 weeks. The first time they had my car less than 24 hours and hit me up for 500 dollars and claimed they “fixed” the problem with in 24 hours of having the car out of the shop the same problem happened and worse so then of course took my car back in and within 25 minutes they claimed they “fixed” the problem. This time had the car with in 10 hours guess what same problem. Took the car back in they had my car for 2 days and again claimed the “fixed” the problem. I have now had my car 2 days out of the shop and guess what still broke. I contacted the service department again they of course told me to bring it in but in the same breath they told me I might think about taking it to someone else so they can fix it then turned around and told me that I might just need to look at getting another vehicle. They think people are made of money. I am a single mother and I work hard to support my family and don’t have extra funds to keep fixing a car that shouldn’t be having problems and or buying a new car. They really try getting over on you especially if you are female. DON’T BUY A CAR FROM HERE unless you want a lemon and want to keep it in the shop

great team

Gene and Sean hooked me up. Great guys. I recommend going here to get your next car. Worked out most of the deal over the phone and had it ready when I got there so the process was quicker when I got to the dealership

My Wife LOVES her new car

Quick and easy

My old Chevy finally bit the dust. Don’t grieve for her. She lived 18 years and covered 349,000 miles. My new Silverado looks and drives great and Isom got me in and out quick. I’ll be back in 18 years.

They put a bow on it

Heather turned 16 today. After telling her we would have to wait on a car(I know, mean, right). We pulled up to the dealership to get an “oil change”. Brittany, the best salesperson ever, had Heathers new Cruze waiting behind a huge door with a bow on the windshield. It’s been an awesome day. Thanks Brittany
