Mike Toler Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT

Although I didn't buy from Mike Toler, this was my first all internet buying experience. Kevin McCarthy did things nobondy else did. He was highly responsive and quick. He got me answers. He took a video out to the vehicle and gave me a tour of two Durangos they had, focusing on the features I was looking for. He didn't call me to hassle me. He was content to give the info, negotiate in emails and accepted my decision to go with a super low miles almost new car on another dealer's lot. Many other on line dealers pretend to be internet savy but use the internet to basically invite you to negotiate in person or over the phone. I'm using the internet because I don't like that process. This dealership understands that.

I recently bought a used Jeep Commander with Mike Toler Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Kevin McCarthy, the internet sales manager, and the rest of the team were outstanding to work with. I asked Kevin the best place to write a review, because it was simply the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were so easy to work with. I found the vehicle on Cars.com and clicked to show interest on a Sunday afternoon. Kevin called me that afternoon, even though the dealership was closed (I think). Within a short period of time the following day, we had painlessly agreed on a price. Because I live several hours away, it took me a few days to get to the dealership for the test drive and purchase, but everything was great. I could not have been happier, and I thanked Kevin for that because buying a car is usually a very painful experience. I would recommend them to anyone, no matter how far away.

From the time I enter the dealership I am warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. When I have bought my cars every question I had was answered. I know when work is done on my Compass I will be safe driving. This is very important to me.
