    Staff was FANTASTIC, friendly, and extremely accommodating throughout the entire process purchasing our new vehicle. Derrick Davis was incredibly helpful... and ensured every need my husband and I had was met. Even after sealing the deal, Derrick is still in contact with us making sure we are completely satisfied with our purchase and services received. I couldn't be happier with our experience at this dealership and would highly recommend to anybody shopping for a new or used Nissan!

    I don't do this but the customer sevice from the peple at Don Williamson Nissan is trash. Took my truck to sell to them and talk about low ball offer.... NOTE they called me to sell it to them. While trying to talk to him about the offer and to work a deal he just basically blew me off. Also have video of him flooring my truck during a test drive can hear high rpm's in between shifting and tire chirping when leaving the lot. Do not recommend this place in the least. Very rude people that work there. Please go else where to buy or trade.

    In July my boyfriend was involved in a car accident and totaled his vehicle. We were just about to move and being without a vehicle really wasn't an option... for us. He began looking for a car in our price range, and intended using the insurance check as a down payment. We came across Don Williamson Nissan and thought back to our time in Jacksonville. From what we could recollect, it was a reputable business. That doesn't even begin to describe this dealership. They were so much more! They were under construction but there was still plenty of parking for us when we arrived. Immediately we were greeted by a friendly gentleman by the name of JR. He introduced us to his manager Kelly and they were both very eager to help us. They listened to our story, empathized with our recent bad luck and immediately offered us a list of vehicles that not only met our needs, but were all in our price range. When we came across the 2009 Infiniti G35, my boyfriend was hooked! It was his dream car and I liked that it was a sedan, where most are coupes. JR took us on an enjoyable test drive where we really got to see the features and handling of the vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, even though it wasn't a Nissan or Mitsubishi product. It needed a little cosmetic work on the interior, but JR assured us he would have it taken care of. While billing out, we were offered a discount since we both had college degrees! I thought that was great (at least we're using our degrees for something :-) ). The finance manager, Chris, took his time in describing all of the paperwork, additional options, and even helped us get approved by a bank other than our own that offered an even lower interest rate! Overall this was a great experience. I dreaded spending the day shopping for a vehicle and dealing with the headaches that can come along with it. But the salespeople and other employees of Don Williamson Nissan have really changed my perspective of the entire business. And would you believe we received a thank you card from JR just a few days after the purchase? And i received a birthday card from his last week! He's so great! So a big THANK YOU! to JR, Kelly and Chris and everyone else involved that helped us get a great, affordable, reliable car that we'll be owning for hopefully many more years! We will definitely be shopping here again!

    took my car in for an oil change & tire rotation. not only was it my very first service on the car, but the THIRD time i have left only to turn around... & go right back. this time one of the technicians left TWO lugnuts off my tire. not only did they leave it off, but the guy that worked on my car refused to apologize to me for the mistake. just completely walked away from me. the other two times was on a different car. they forgot to hook back up my O2 censor, which caused my check engine light to come on. then the second time was for a tire. i ran over a bolt in the road, took my tire to get repaired & they forgot to rotate my tire & then accused me of hitting a curb, that they could see the mark on it where i hit it but failed to point it out to me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIR! IT WILL CAUSE YOU A HEADACHE

    We were shopping for a SUV and went to Don Williams Nissan. Our salesman was very nice, but when we got ready to discuss purchasing the vehicle the sales... manager came over. He told us that the discounts on the vehicle did not apply to us. He would not offer us a very good price for the car. He was rude to us when we told him we were not willing to buy it at the price he was asking. We left and went to another dealership and got a great deal on a SUV. The next day we got a call from the salesman saying they were willing to give us the discounts, if we wanted to come back and buy the vehicle. We will never go back to this dealership.

    I do not understand why I would trade in a two year old infinity with all the upgrades for the Nissan and be asked to pay twice as much. I felt like I... was being scammed because I used their online calculator and the prediction was twice as much. It's a car dealership, there is supposed to be negotiation in the price, if I can get the price on an infinity lowered I should be able to get a Nissan lowered. Here I was trying to be environmently friendly and get a hybrid, sorry earth!

    My husband and I just purchashed a new vehicle from Don Williamson Nissan this evening, and to say I was impressed is a complete understatement. From start... to finish they were absolutely wonderful. Every employee that passed you introduced themself and... oh my gosh... REMEMBERED your name every time they saw you! We spent about 3 hours there with Ezra Ward, and he was marvelous. It was never ever about the sale, it was about finding the right car for my entire family. We set the perameters for what we wanted as a monthly payment, interest rate, what we would accept for our trade in, ect., and they met all of those. We went in there just wanting to get some info because we got a letter saying they were doing a Credit Recovery Program for those who met certain criteria. I never expected to be walking out of there with a new car, and a plan that is going to rebuild our credit. Because it was so late they asked me to come in tomorrow so they could detail the vehicle (its already spotless to my standards) and to give us a gas card to fill it up. We have two children under 3 and they were getting very antsy towards the end. Ezra offered to get them some juice and snacks, but when he went to the back I saw him pull out his own money to pay for those things. It was so touching that he would do that. I will be recommending them, especially Ezra, to everyone I know and meet down here! Great work guys!
