    In July my boyfriend was involved in a car accident and totaled his vehicle. We were just about to move and being without a vehicle really wasn't an option for us. He began looking for a car in our price range, and intended using the insurance check as a down payment. We came across Don Williamson Nissan and thought back to our time in Jacksonville. From what we could recollect, it was a reputable business. That doesn't even begin to describe this dealership. They were so much more! They were under construction but there was still plenty of parking for us when we arrived. Immediately we were greeted by a friendly gentleman by the name of JR. He introduced us to his manager Kelly and they were both very eager to help us. They listened to our story, empathized with our recent bad luck and immediately offered us a list of vehicles that not only met our needs, but were all in our price range. When we came across the 2009 Infiniti G35, my boyfriend was hooked! It was his dream car and I liked that it was a sedan, where most are coupes. JR took us on an enjoyable test drive where we really got to see the features and handling of the vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, even though it wasn't a Nissan or Mitsubishi product. It needed a little cosmetic work on the interior, but JR assured us he would have it taken care of. While billing out, we were offered a discount since we both had college degrees! I thought that was great (at least we're using our degrees for something :-) ). The finance manager, Chris, took his time in describing all of the paperwork, additional options, and even helped us get approved by a bank other than our own that offered an even lower interest rate! Overall this was a great experience. I dreaded spending the day shopping for a vehicle and dealing with the headaches that can come along with it. But the salespeople and other employees of Don Williamson Nissan have really changed my perspective of the entire business. And would you believe we received a thank you card from JR just a few days after the purchase? And i received a birthday card from his last week! He's so great! So a big THANK YOU! to JR, Kelly and Chris and everyone else involved that helped us get a great, affordable, reliable car that we'll be owning for hopefully many more years! We will definitely be shopping here again!

    I don't do this but the customer sevice from the peple at Don Williamson Nissan is trash. Took my truck to sell to them and talk about low ball offer. NOTE they called me to sell it to them. While trying to talk to him about the offer and to work a deal he just basically blew me off. Also have video of him flooring my truck during a test drive can hear high rpm's in between shifting and tire chirping when leaving the lot. Do not recommend this place in the least. Very rude people that work there. Please go else where to buy or trade.

    took my car in for an oil change & tire rotation. not only was it my very first service on the car, but the THIRD time i have left only to turn around & go right back. this time one of the technicians left TWO lugnuts off my tire. not only did they leave it off, but the guy that worked on my car refused to apologize to me for the mistake. just completely walked away from me. the other two times was on a different car. they forgot to hook back up my O2 censor, which caused my check engine light to come on. then the second time was for a tire. i ran over a bolt in the road, took my tire to get repaired & they forgot to rotate my tire & then accused me of hitting a curb, that they could see the mark on it where i hit it but failed to point it out to me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIR! IT WILL CAUSE YOU A HEADACHE
