Customer Service Mgr.

F - 150 STX. The service was very good. My salesman, Howard Peller, was very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. He wasn't pushy like most salesmen are and that made me feel very comfortable. The finance person was also a pleasure to deal with.

New car purchase

We truly enjoyed every part of the buying experience. Our sales rep, Max, was courteous, knowledgeable, and got us a deal that we wanted. The other staff involved made the process as quick and painless as possible.

The Works for my Mercury

This was my regular The Works service for my Mercury Sable. I scheduled and they were ready to begin my service when I arrived. I enjoyed to waiting area...(they have good popcorn and TV) and the service was accomplished quickly. I like working with the Service Mgr. Randy Barnes. I feel they are familiar with my car. I only use McClary for my car service. I purchased it from them and I return. They are always friendly, especially the nice young lady who checks you out...I trust them and will continue to return. I recommend them to friends.

The service on the vehicle was successful. The time it took to service my vehicle was a little long but you did give me a rental - so no big deal.

The Works on Ford Edge

Service was great as usual. Lots of friendly faces and made to feel at home. The service department completed The Works in a sufficient amount of time as always.
