Have exceeded my expectations. Work with me to take care of an issue with my F-150 when Ford Motor would not. Always courteous and prompt.

" The Works"......oil change and check up

You all sent me reminders that it was time for service, I called got appointment and then you all emailed me reminder of appt. That all is very helpful and shows you care for my car and me as customer. My service was excellent. Randy Barnes discussed my check list and assured me I was good to go on my trip !!! The check out process was excellent and I am always appreciative with the friendliness and service from McClary Ford.
