Absolutely do NOT buy from Crain!
Terrible customer service after the sale. Sold me a 2019 Chevy Traverse with 50,000 miles on it. Loved the vehicle, but 2 weeks later it was in the shop for exhaust issues. I have had it for 2 months now and it’s going back to the shop for another possible transmission issues. There is no inspection done by them. They don’t even top off the tank before sending you on your way. ALSO, they never sent me a check for sales tax. Had to call 4 times over a 2 week time period before they took care of. I will NEVER use them again or send anyone to them.

Kia of Sherwood
Kia of Sherwood ran my credit seven times without my authorization and said I was only approved thru them. I knew my credit was over 650 and l had already been approved thru capital one. They gave me a letter to get everything off my credit report but stuck me with a higher car note because I was a young female who needed a car. No I will never recommend them to anyone!! Make sure you check your vehicle over because they are using temporary products to cover scrapes and scratches that wears off over a few months.

We Would Never Go Back
We recently bought a used car from the Crain Kia Bentonville dealership. Immediately we noticed some things wrong with it and took it to another dealer to have it get checked. The result was over $5,000 in repairs needed. We went back to Crain and were told "too bad, you took it off the lot so it is yours". Here is something to be aware of, either a) they knew there were problems with the car and passed it off, or b) they never checked it before reselling it. In both cases that would seem to be shoddy business practices. What we should have done is have a mechanic check the car before we signed the paperwork, and we highly recommend it to anyone who decides to buy a used car from there.

Great sales, great service
My 2015 Kia Souls check engine light started flashing, brought her to Crain Kia where I bought her! Service Department was exceptional, needed some type of upgrade! She is back to running perfectly and looks great due to the wash the gave her! All of this at no charge to me! Thanks to Jerald Robinson (best car salesman in the world) for keeping me company and giving me updates on my car! I would not buy a car anywhere else, best salesman, best service department! They are an awesome dealership!

Worse experience ever
This dealership is the worse I have ever dealt with. I bought a used Jeep Wrangler from them. Online they said the jeep had a backup camera, auto start and didn't state any problems. Turns out there is no backup camera, needed an oil change, auto start didn't work, needed all 4 tires replaced, AC didn't work, when I turned on the bright lights it shut off all lights in the vehicle, and only 1 daytime running light worked. In the first 2 weeks of owning it, we had the jeep for 3 days only. The rest of the time it was in their shop. They told us multiple lies about the status, and had us come up there 3 times, which is a 2 hr round trip, for no reason. The service manager told us the jeep was ready, we made a trip up there and he locked the keys in his office when he left for the day. They refused to call him in to get the keys. I will not recommend this dealership to anybody.

Don’t waste your time
I purchased two vehicles from them a few months ago and already having motor timing chain issues out of the Sorento. They would like to charge me $500 to correct the issue and thats WITH the extended warranty coverage we paid an arm and a leg for. They were not interested in trading it in because they would make more money repairing it. I personally will not waste my time dealing with these crooks again.

Bait and Switch or just poor customer service?
My experience with Crain Kia of Sherwood was unfortunately disappointing from start to finish. On Wednesday June 17th my father and I visited Crain Kia’s sister company Crain Hyundai of North Little Rock in search of a particular used vehicle listed online. When we got there, we were told that the vehicle had already sold. On Friday June 19th, I discovered that the same vehicle was listed on Crain Kia’s website for a higher price. My father contacted an internet salesperson who gave the impression of contacting the manager and confirming its availability. They discussed my trade-in and scheduled a time to come in that evening to hopefully work out a deal. The minute we arrived on the lot, my father received a text message informing him that the particular vehicle we were interested in had sold and they would like to show us others. We immediately asked to speak to the manager suspecting that we were victims of the “bait and switch” tactic. The manager we spoke to claimed that it was a miscommunication caused by a faulty dealer website. We were told that this was a common issue and likely wouldn’t be the last time. He also informed us that the vehicle had in fact been sold May 27th, nearly one month earlier. Whether an intentional deception or purely a mistake, the manager gave the impression of attempting to shirk responsibility and his demeanor was only mildly apologetic. We drove off the lot that evening equal parts livid and disappointed to have not made a purchase. Even if this wasn’t an intentional deception, we learned a few things about the dealership through that interaction: 1) Don’t trust the online listings even if you confirm availability. Request to see a time-stamped photo of the vehicle before wasting your time. 2) Management may not offer proper training to salespeople, particularly in regard to confirming inventory. I can fully appreciate that this may not have been the fault of the salesperson in particular (who I was informed had only been working for 3 days), but I expect the managerial staff to be candid about such issues with employees. 3) Management doesn’t take kindly to complaints from customers and has an unapologetic and even abrasive attitude. My father was heated at the start of our conversation and used inappropriate language that may have caused a tense environment, but we later apologized and tried to have a civil discussion of our complaints. In any case, what happened to the old adage “the customer is always right”? I got the impression that the dealership didn’t really care about our business. 4) Although this may be trivial to some, I was also disappointed to find that all the salesmen I interacted with in person only offered to shake my father’s hand (I’m a woman in her late 20s).
