I would never ever recommend to anyone the service department at Jonesboro Fletcher dodge. My vehicle was there for almost 3 months just for the airbag light. I went there uncountable times asking about my vehicle. They always lied that it needs this or that. The service manager said he has ordered the part to fix it. After about 3 weeks, I went again and he said the part will be here tomorrow. "We will install it and call you tomorrow". No one called me. After about a week again i go there its another story. This went on for almost 3 months. Eventually i got tired and ran out of patience and decided to pick up my vehicle with nothing being done to it and with the same problem. Thats a wrong place to take your vehicle if you want your vehicle to be fixed within a short period of time. I just dont think the manager cares about customer satisfaction as long as he is getting his pay cheque. I also called the general manager and explained to him the whole situation. He said he will call me back but he did not. That is a horrible place to take your car for servicing. I regret very much why i took my car there to be fixed. Iam glad i had another car to drive for the whole 3 months my car was there, otherwise i would have been screwed badly. Thats not how you do business coz thats ruining somebody's business.

Tried to get the recall fixed in my jeep for 2 weeks!...
Tried to get the recall fixed in my jeep for 2 weeks! Took today off & sent message to let me know what time to bring it in! No response other than them trying to sell me something! Worst service deptmt ever!

As soon as I arrived I was greeted by my service rep Daniel Longoria who explained everything to me. Very informative and was so very kind. He went the extra mile to make sure I and my husband were comfortable waiting. The other staff was friendly as well. Our experience has never been this good anywhere else. Would highly recommend them and Daniel to anyone.

My Apologies.
I have been trying to get a Dodge Charger for a few years now and I have been going up there thinking that I have been selected for a winning sweepstakes and I was tricked. Or something. Anyway My attitude I displayed up there was not me. I have bad credit because of a crisis. A storm came through my life and I was destroyed. I'm needing to let everyone know that I appreciate your time and help. You guys actually have been good about it. I'm not sure if I can get my Dodge Charger or Challenger. Or my new favorite Durango SRTs but I dont hold you all responsible for this. Forgive my attitude. I'm really sorry. I've been trying to get my own business up and running. After I lost my Dodge Charger SXT 2014 model I was sick. I was so sure about me getting another ride I give a friend of mine My truck. He needed a work truck and I thought I was going to be collecting the sweepstakes money. That's been over a year now and I Still have not been able to get my business up and running. I was going to work with uber. Anyway I have my 1400 stimulus money and I will be Buying from an individual. I was sure wanting an SRT though. God Bless All of Y'all

The manager at this dealership (Mark) has ensured that I’ll never do business with them again. My wife and I bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from them, and after that he’s treated me like crap over the purchase of a new Ram. I wish I had read this dealership’s other reviews before I went there. I ended up buying my Ram elsewhere and saved $5K compared to Fletcher’s price.

Took vehicle in, under complete warranty, with starting issues. Of course, we were told the problem found was not under warranty. After spending $400 we're having to take the car back in for the exact same problem. Not impressed.

Service Department has always been fine!
The service department has always been fine! Buying was a chore. Larry was superb however, they limit the guy on what he can do. Financing is done behind a glass window and it is not transparent in my opinion. He spent to much time walking back and forth.

Awful service department!!!! Took our truck in for a recall. Dropped it off on 8/12/20 at 5 pm for and appt the following day at 7 am. Waited all day to hear it was ready with no word. Started calling at 10 am on the 14 th and was told over and over again they’d call us back, yet no one ever did. This was suppose to be a 2 to 3 hour job. At 4 pm ( 33 hours later ) we finally got through to them to only have all kinds of excuses throw at us. No way to run a business. Need serious work on their customer services. Also the person I spoke to that answered the phone in the service department, she was very rude and snippy. Really need to take a long look at this department and their customer service.

Great dealership
I have purchased three Jeeps from this dealership. They will do what they say. The last used Jeep had a dead battery. The changed it and we purchased it. Salesman and I thought something had been left on. Drove it home and was dead battery next morning. Called and told to bring back. They did take two days to find the problem but electric drain issues are difficult to find. They repaired issue and put in a new battery. Now 18 months later no problems.
