It's been a while since I purchased a car.

It's been a while since I purchased a car. We went to North GA Ford, and we meet Alex, and he did such a great job. We bought a 2025 Ford Escape, and we could not ask for a better person. Alex was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. Last Andrew the finance manager did a great job as well. I highly recommend that everyone go see Alex at North GA Ford for new or preowned vehicles!

My name is Jesse Riehl.

My name is Jesse Riehl. My partner, Alyssa Fiorino, and I share the use of a 2014 Ford Focus that is in her name. There have long been issues with the transmission of our Ford Focus. While interacting with the service department of the Ford dealership located in Murphy, NC we were informed that there had been an extended warranty on the parts of our transmission that were in need of repair (I believe the clutch and the bag). We were also informed that this extended warranty had passed. We were never aware of this extended warranty although the issues with our transmission preceded the issuing of this extended warranty. Over the years that we have experienced transmission issues with the Focus we have driven it gingerly and in limited fashion. We are now at a point that the transmission, and therefore the vehicle, is not functional. We are reaching out in gratitude for the wonderful possibility of Ford Motor Company doing the right thing and helping us to repair this transmission. We would love to tell all of our friends and family how grateful we are for the support and good business practices of Ford Motor Company. We would also love to leave glowing reviews for Ford Motor Company on platforms across the Internet. We hope that this email finds you well and look forward to hearing from you. Over the years we have had our Ford Focus serviced many times at Blue Ridge North Georgia Ford. I recently had our vehicle serviced there again. I asked the person who was helping with my service to please come find me when they had a moment as I wanted to ask a question. This question was in reference to our transmission. They never came to find me or address my concerns. I am writing this now with gratitude that Blue Ridge North Georgia Ford and their service department may do the right thing and do all in their power to go above and beyond in supporting us in this process as we work with Karen Jones, executive liaison for Ford Motor Company, in repairing our vehicle. I look forward to hearing from you. Jesse Riehl jesseriehl1@gmail.com Cell: 678-250-4301

We looked at a truck here.

We looked at a truck here. Billy said he could work on the price (Sticker 32k). My husband came back a week later ready to purchase. They upped the price by 7k. Nasty shiesters. And did this trick to a disabled veteran.

I recently purchased a 2019 Cadillac XT4 from North

I recently purchased a 2019 Cadillac XT4 from North Georgia Ford. Not only did a get a really fair deal, I had requested their Service Department to completely go over the vehicle and make sure everything was in great condition BEFORE I picked it up. Their Service Advisors were very polite and fully understood my concerns. Even though the vehicle had low mileage, I travel a lot in the mountains and must have a dependable vehicle. The services they provided was quite professional, and thorough. I would definitely purchase another car at this dealership and will plan to have all my service work performed there....

Horrible service

I made an appointment for "the works" and new front brakes a few weeks ago. The appointment was set for 8:00 AM on June 20th. I arrived at 7:45 and was a little surprised to find the door locked, but no big deal. I waited in my friend's car. I looked and the bay door was opening and because the doors were still locked, I went in the back way, through the garage, to the desk, and told the man who was standing there that I was there for my 8:00 appt. I was very surprised when the man standing there said that he was a customer and that he had opened the bay roll-up door, so we stood there and waited for an employee to arrive. The service dept was filthy. After waiting about 5 more minutes, the first employee showed up, still eating his breakfast, and began opening up the computer. Yes, he was late but said nothing to me at all. The 2nd guy got there and was opening the computer and I stood there for another 5 minutes before he said that someone would be right with me. I dropped off my keys and left with my friend. While we were having brunch, someone called and said that they didn't have my brake pads. He said that they could use a different brand than the one I needed, and that they would be just as good. I said that would be fine. He said that my car would be ready in about 2 hours. A couple hours later my friend dropped me off at the service dept, and I went in to check on my Ford. He said that the brake pads weren't there yet so it would be a while longer. I said ok and went into the waiting room and sat there until 2:45 when someone came in and said my car was ready. I told them they had really dropped the ball with me. First, they were late and there is no excuse for that. They had my appt on the books for weeks. Why couldn't they check on what I would need for the brake pads and had them there waiting for me when I arrived? Next, why was I still waiting for the brake pads to arrive? They said they had the other ones that were just as good. Then they charged an extra 3% for using a credit card instead of cash. While I understand having this charge for a little mom-and-pop store, it was ridiculous for such a big company to add an extra service fee. Then the last time I went there they said I would need new tires. This time they said my tires were good, so I highly doubt that they even looked at them, much less rotated them. I received no apology, no nothing. For some reason, the receipt shows I paid at 10:36, instead 0f 2:45, and that is simply a lie. I don't think we will be taking our Fords there again for any reason. Thanks for your time, mine was certainly wasted. The website was supposed to contact me after getting this review. They never did. Another lie. I don't think I'd have been treated this way, had I been a man.

Great people, very fair prices!

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from North GA Ford, and they have purchased vehicles from my family when we lost my father. They gave us top dollar for everything they purchased, and have always been very fair with the pricing on my purchases. As far as i’m concerned, there is no other dealership in this area to purchase from. Thank you North GA Ford!
