My experiences with Carlton has always been positive. I had an appointment with Ben Mandish to see a certified used car. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He gave me a complete tour of the car and answered all my questions. After agreeing to purchase the car, the process was very positive. Ben was willing to take the extra time to make me feel that I was making a good decision. I appreciated all the courtesies and time that he gave to me. He made my car buying very positive and enjoyable. I would highly recommended his sales help and expertise.
