I drove a significant distance to see the vehicle and items were not included as described. Other imperfections were also not disclosed until I arrived. They did compensate a GM part costing appropriately $300. The item described that was believed to be included with said vehicle is approximately $1500. The salesman attempted to make it right but was overruled by his supervisor. I did purchase said vehicle out of necessity/time committed to this endeavor. (In hindsight, this was a mistake and I should of cut my loses) The paperwork required to register the vehicle was not sent by the dealership in a timely manner. I did call approximately one week later and they sent it via FedEx overnight. As i write this, I still have not received the promised $300 GM part. I do not recommend this dealership. FYI, this is only the 3rd review I have ever completed on any product. I hope this helps someone else so they don't experience the same issues.

Tahoe serviced
Got appointment within a few days and oil change and tire rotation done in about 45 min. People were pleasant and got to watch the US Open golf tournament while in the waiting room.

I noticed when I raised the hood; the fuse cover was off. Note I had an accident weeks before I arrived at the shop for an oil change. But I am surprised it was not reset in place

Awesome sales! Poor service experiance
I've been in twice for 2 different issues and the same tech can never find anything wrong with my vehicle. I originally went in because I felt the transmission slipping a little when breaking down from 2nd to 1st gear. He couldn't find anything wrong with it. To add insult to injury, he told me that "I need to get use to how a Chevy drives". I'm aware that cars drive differently , but no car's transmission should be slipping. Secondly, I took the car in about 2 weeks later because when running my AC for longer than 30-45 mins, it starts a loud vibration in the front of the car along with a loud humming sound. He informed me that after running it about 10-15 min , he couldn't duplicate the sound. Well, if he had of run it for the amount of time that I had expressed to him, he probably would've found the issue. When I returned to pick up my vehicle and turned on the AC, he asked me if I heard the noise. Of course I didn't because it had just been turned on..... then he explained to me that was the compressor making the noise. And I explained to him that I know what a compressor sounds like and the noise I heard previously was definitely not the compressor. Going forward I will probably just find another Chevy dealership to have my service work done.
