Thank You All-Star great service in and out in the same day
Got appointment within a few days and oil change and tire rotation done in about 45 min. People were pleasant and got to watch the US Open golf tournament while in the waiting room.
The car was repaired. It was an electrical problem. that was hard to find.

I noticed when I raised the hood; the fuse cover was off. Note I had an accident weeks before I arrived at the shop for an oil change. But I am surprised it was not reset in place

Awesome sales! Poor service experiance
I've been in twice for 2 different issues and the same tech can never find anything wrong with my vehicle. I originally went in because I felt the transmission slipping a little when breaking down from 2nd to 1st gear. He couldn't find anything wrong with it. To add insult to injury, he told me that "I need to get use to how a Chevy drives". I'm aware that cars drive differently , but no car's transmission should be slipping. Secondly, I took the car in about 2 weeks later because when running my AC for longer than 30-45 mins, it starts a loud vibration in the front of the car along with a loud humming sound. He informed me that after running it about 10-15 min , he couldn't duplicate the sound. Well, if he had of run it for the amount of time that I had expressed to him, he probably would've found the issue. When I returned to pick up my vehicle and turned on the AC, he asked me if I heard the noise. Of course I didn't because it had just been turned on..... then he explained to me that was the compressor making the noise. And I explained to him that I know what a compressor sounds like and the noise I heard previously was definitely not the compressor. Going forward I will probably just find another Chevy dealership to have my service work done.
It was a wonderful experience.. the dealership treated my family and I with nothing but respect.

Sales may be good but service department is poor
Dropped my car off with traction control issues and loud metal on metal sound in front end. They called the very next day saying it was fixed. All they did was clear the trouble code and didnt fox the problem. After a few more miles had the same issue and took to a different dealer. We have a company fleet and wont use this dealership for repairs.
