Great facility with clean customer waiting area

Quik service and friendly staff. Recall problem was taken care of, and we were in and out within an hour.

Gene & Janice Caulder Truck Purchase

It was so nice to have a super guy like Ray to work with. We hate going to dealerships because of pushy salesmen. Ray was not like that. He took his time and was so very nice and we had a great experience buying this truck and we absolutely love it. almost perfect

I would have given 5 stars and a 10 except for I did not receive a call telling me that your service department would be keeping my car overnight. I called once at 4pm to see if it was ready and was told that he would check on the status and give me a call back. I did not get that call so I called again at 10 til 6 and was told that the person I had been dealing with had left for the day and that my car would not be ready until the next morning. Thankfully I had the day off the next day and only had to find a way to get my kid to school. I would recommend better communication to your customers form your service department.

BRUCE AND ALLISON ARE GREAT--TRUE ASSETS TO THE CO

Bruce was my service advisor and like Allison in sales he is on top of everything and keeps you posted on the progress. Will definitely be back and to deal only with them. I know from experience that the turnover in the industry is high but I hope they stay with Reed Lallier, they are a TRUE ASSET!!!!!
