Great service.

Nikki was very accommodating when I called in to see if they could work me in for an oil change. Upon my arrival I found her to be very friendly and knowledgeable. I believe she is an asset to your company.

last visit

An item I wanted repaired was my cruise control. That had been fixed once before from a recall. The same problem has happened again. But now I must make a second appointment and pay $125.00 for a diagnostic. I don't think we need to explain any further. It is now called a "Ripoff". Guess I will find someone I consider more honest to do my work in the future and sell me that new Kia I was looking forward to.

Very expensive

Mr. Puckett was terrific! Service was good, but I feel it's too expensive! Also, I thought the first oil change was free, but apparently only if buy from dealer.

Came in for standard oil change on my service package that I got when I bought the car. Fast friendly staff got me in and out under an hour.

Great Service

I received very good service and the personnel were very knowledgeable. The staff was very nice and friendly. I even made another appt for a different concern. So yes. I will be back.

Recall software install

Short wait and responsive staff. Staff was very helpful. Although i waited for repairs to be completed a ride was offered to where ever i needed to go
